Owner Jerry Allred has achieved the designation of CPM® (Certified Property Manager) with IREM®. This is considered a master course in property management and requires an extensive education program before certification.

Our full-service property management company offers the following services:
- Property advertising/marketing: We use all available resources and state-of-the-art Internet technology to advertise vacancies through our website, signage and Craigslist.
- Property evaluation: We determine your property’s market status to establish fair market value. We also offer a survey of recommended repairs, so you will receive the maximum rent while minimizing your liability exposure.
- Residential screening in a national screening database: We handle all inquiries, and our rental/lease application is designed to obtain complete information on each applicant. References are checked through credit reports, former landlords and employers.
- Transactions survey: A detailed Condition of Premises form is completed, and digital photos record the property at the tenant move-in. All legal means are used to hold the tenant financially responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
- Comprehensive legal forms: To offer you maximum protection, our leases are based on years of experience and comply with all state and federal laws. Allred Properties uses the Arkansas Realtors Association leases and forms.

Meet the Team
Jerry Allred is one of Northwest Arkansas' eminent property managers and President of his business ALLRED PROPERTIES.INC. He and his wife Karen established this business in 1987, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Shortly thereafter they also started the General Maintenance company to support and assist Allred Properties Inc with the maintenance and repairs.
As a young man in Monett, Missouri, Jerry would never hesitate to bypass the sports and comic section of the area newspaper and dive straight into the Real Estate and Financial sections. It was here that Jerry was charting his future endeavors.
At age twenty-one in 1970 Jerry purchased his first rental property. He performed his own maintenance and repairs and turned a profit of ten dollars a month! A life-love for Real Estate and Property Management flowed in his veins, forming in those early years. With over 50 plus years of experience, he knows how time consuming, the difficult demands property management presents to owners. He takes great pride in working with them, handling the details that allow owners to enjoy their assets and investments.
A defining member of the community, Jerry enjoys being actively involved. He is a past member of the Fayetteville Board of Adjustments and former Chairman of the Fayetteville Planning Commission. Also, past member of the Board of Directors for Spring Meadows, a HUD community. Past President of the Central Arkansas Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Past President of the Tulsa Chapter of Institute of Real Estate management (IREM®). He currently serves on the National Legislative Committee for NARPM®.
He has earned the following certifications from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®) and The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) the following designations.
- (RMP®) The Residential Management Professional designation symbolizes the successful ongoing completion of specific education requirements designed to ensure management development and growth.
- (MPM®) The Master Property Manager designation, highest credential awarded by NARPM®, exhibits the completion of the RMP® program and supplementary levels of higher education and service requirements, demonstrating an overall commitment to excellence and optimum standards.
- (CRMC®) Certified Residential Management Company. NARPM® members with this company designation have attained the highest levels of education and commitment in our field and are considered the gold standard in the industry.
